My Process
How we work together
These are the steps to my three week all-inclusive supportive sleep solutions program:
Schedule a 15-minute Sleep Assessment call so we can go over your goals and concerns. After you complete a detailed Sleep Assessment Questionnaire I'll write an individualised Sleep Plan for your child. The sleep plan is usually 18-25 pages long and will include everything you need to know to start making the changes and reach your goals.
We schedule your first 60 minute Phone Consultation to review the plan and ensure you feel comfortable and confident getting started! This is the perfect time to ask any other sleep questions you have
You’ll have three weeks of daily support and troubleshooting through Voice & Text messaging to guide you every step of the way! You will also have a 30 minute phone or zoom call every week. My clients usually reach their sleep goals in 1-3 weeks.
You will have one year to use 4x 30 minute phone calls! This will be beneficial to have as most children go through 2-3 sleep regressions in the first year. We can also discuss things like travel, time change, nap transitions or anything else you need guidance on after our 3 weeks together.

I’ll offer practical tips and recommendations while exploring how I can provide personalized guidance and support tailored to your unique situation.
